Description
The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-5050 delivers fast, precise linear motion in a compact footprint and integrates cleanly via RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, transmitting power smoothly across the 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke. With a 50:1 gear ratio at 7.4 V, it reaches 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s) and provides up to 30.4 N (6.83 lbf) of thrust. Programmability adds flexibility, and the 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. The result is repeatable positioning on short cycles with clear, reliable communication.
