On this page you will find everything you need to know about prices, payment methods, shipping costs and availabilities at MULTIPLEX.

Payment modalities

a. You can choose between different payment methods when paying:

Payment in advance: if you select the payment method "Payment in advance", you will receive our bank details with your order confirmation by E-Mail. Goods will be shipped after receiving your bank transfer.

Payment by PayPal: Your bank or credit card details are stored at PayPal after your own registration. You may also use other payment possibilities offered by PayPal to you. Goods will be shipped immediately at next working day.
 

VAT / Prices

Prices in our Webshop are shown incl. 19,0 % German VAT. If the goods are shipped to another EU country, the VAT of the delivery country will apply. This may lead to different gross prices. The prices incl. the applicable VAT for your destination will be shown after registration.

Deliveries outside the EU

You can only register and order in the online shop with an address in the EU, UK or Norway. Customers outside the EU should contact our customer support at serviceteam@multiplexrc.de
For customers in Switzerland, we offer duty-paid deliveries in CHF with Swiss VAT. Please contact us directly, we will be happy to advise you.
We do not offer a VAT refund of German VAT for a later self-export from the EU.
 

Commercial customers

Our webshop is made and intended for private customers. If you are a commercial customer, please contact our customer support directly at serviceteam@multiplexrc.de. We will be happy to take care of your request and take commercial specifics into account (e.g. VAT ID number, etc.).
 

Shipping costs for consumers (private customers)

Shipping partner

We ship with the parcel services GLS and DHL.
For international GLS / DHL shipments, final delivery in the destination country may, depending on the destination and shipping method, be carried out by a local delivery partner or the national postal service. Please refer to GLS / DHL tracking for the latest delivery information.
 

Shipping costs

For the shipment of goods we charge a country-dependent flat-rate order fee for freight costs, packaging and order processing, respective of the order value.
The following amounts include the applicable statutory value-added tax:

Shipping costs bulky goods

Special country- and product-specific shipping costs apply to the shipment of goods that must be sent by freight forwarding or as bulky goods. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer for these products. You can request these via the webshop or contact our service team directly.
 

Delivery times

Delivery will be made on the next working day or after receipt of payment.
According to experience, delivery times are :
- Germany                     2-3 working days
- European Union       3-7 working days
- Other destinations on request
