Yes, you need a customer account to shop at MULTIPLEX online. Even if you had already direct "offline" business with us in the past.
Please register yourself at your first order on the way from the basket to the check-out.
It is not possible to register without any purchase !
 

The articles at MULTIPLEX are either assigned to a specific category or can simply be found under the search in the shop. You will find the search field at the top right.

To remember a particular item for later, click on the star symbol next to your desired product. You will find the selected items on your personal watch list above the product navigation.

If you have forgotten your password for your customer account, you can easily request a new password. Please enter your e-mail address for this purpose.
Please be aware that this will only work in the language shop you have been registered before. If your registration is in the English shop you must request a new password in the English shop. Anything else will not work !

You can only register with an invoice adress in the EU. Delivery adresses must be in the same EU country for tax reasons.

To subscribe to the MULTIPLEX newsletter, fill out the form in your customer account under "Newsletter" and click on "Subscribe". If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking on "Unsubscribe from newsletter".

Yes, in your customer account you will find all previously stored addresses under "Customer addresses". To create a new address, simply click on the tile with the plus "New address". You can add new adresses when placing an order. But they must be for tax reasons in the same EU country than your invoice adress.
Deliveries to parcel stations might not be possible. We will contact you in that case.
 

Right after check-out from our webshop you get an Email as a summary of your order. Once we have checked your order you get an order confirmation by Email.
Please check your Spam- or Junk-Mail if you are missing these Emails.

You can chose between PayPal and Cash in Advance.
If you choose PayPal you pay at the checkout in our shop with your PayPal account.
If you choose Prepayment you will find our bank coordinates on the summary Email as well as on our order confirmation. Please wire the total amount (incl. tax)  by SEPA transfer to our bank account with your order # as a reference.
