Description
The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-CAN-5050 combines a compact footprint with high speed and direct bus connectivity via CAN 2.0A and CAN 2.0B. A brushed motor with a metal core meshes with a wear-resistant metal gear train, transmitting power precisely across the 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke. With a 50:1 gear ratio it delivers fast feeds at 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s), while up to 30.40 N (6.83 lbf) of thrust ensures defined positioning for smaller loads. Programmability enables application-specific profiles without adding control complexity. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning and supports consistent operation. The result is a network-ready, space-saving linear actuator that brings short cycle times, repeatable positioning, and smooth running to demanding applications.
