Description
The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-5050 combines a compact footprint with high speed and precise motion. A brushed motor with a metal core works with a durable metal gear train to transmit force cleanly across the stroke. The PWM interface enables direct, proven control, while programmability adds flexibility for varied applications. With a 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke and a 50:1 gear ratio, it delivers dynamic feeds at 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s) and provides up to 30.28 N (6.81 lbf) of thrust. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. This linear actuator delivers fast cycle times, repeatable positioning, and smooth starts in a space-saving form factor, ideal for designs that demand clear signaling, precise travel, and reliable force transmission.
