Description

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-50380 delivers powerful, controlled linear motion in a compact footprint and communicates clearly over RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a durable metal gear train, transferring power precisely across the 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke. The 380:1 gear ratio provides finely metered feeds at 4.1 mm/s (0.16 in/s) at 7.4 V, while up to 217.71 N (48.96 lbf) of thrust enables confident positioning under load. Programmability adds application flexibility, and the wide 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. The result is repeatable accuracy with clean response in a space-saving actuator built for precise travel and robust RS-485 integration.
