Description
The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-50380 combines a compact footprint with controlled force and precise travel. A brushed motor with a metal core works with a durable metal gear train to deliver reliable power transmission and smooth starts. Programmability adds application flexibility and makes it easy to tune the motion profile. With a 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke and a 380:1 gear ratio, it provides finely metered feeds at 4.1 mm/s (0.16 in/s), while delivering up to 218 N (49.00 lbf) of thrust for confident positioning under load. The wide operating range of 4.0–8.4 V simplifies power planning for both mobile and stationary systems. HLS12-50380 brings repeatable accuracy, strong reserves, and space-saving design together, ideal for tight installations and precise linear actuation tasks.
