Description

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-3050 combines a compact footprint with high speed and clear RS-485 communication. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, transmitting power cleanly across the 30 mm (1.18 in) stroke. Programmability adds flexibility and helps you tune the motion profile. With a 50:1 gear ratio at 7.4 V, it reaches 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s) and provides up to 30.4 N (6.83 lbf) of thrust, ideal for fast, finely metered feeds with smaller loads. The wide 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning and supports stable operation. Bringing precise motion, repeatable positioning, and solid force transmission together in a space-saving design, this HiTEC actuator is built for dynamic positioning tasks.
