Description
When fast linear motion is required, the HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-3050 delivers precise positioning in a compact footprint. A brushed motor with a metal core works with a durable metal gear train to ensure robust power transmission and clean starts. The proven PWM interface simplifies integration with existing controllers, and the programmable design adds flexibility across applications. A 30 mm (1.18 in) stroke paired with a 50:1 gear ratio yields swift feeds at 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s), while up to 30.28 N of thrust supports finely metered movement with smaller loads. The wide operating range of 4.0–8.4 V makes power supply planning straightforward in both mobile and stationary systems. This servo motor combines dynamics, repeatable accuracy, and efficient integration—ideal wherever space is tight and clear signals with controlled response are essential.
