Description

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-30210 delivers precise linear motion in a compact footprint and integrates cleanly via RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, transmitting power smoothly across the 30 mm (1.18 in) stroke. Programmability adds extra flexibility. With a 210:1 gear ratio at 7.4 V, it provides even feeds at 7.5 mm/s (0.30 in/s) and up to 121.60 N (27.34 lbf) of thrust, enabling repeatable positioning under load. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. Bringing reliable communication, compact mechanics, and solid force transmission together, this HiTEC actuator supports fast, precise travel in networked applications.
