Description
The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-100100 cleanly executes long 100 mm (3.94 in) strokes and fits into tight builds thanks to its compact footprint. A brushed motor with a metal core drives the metal gear train, transmitting power efficiently to the stroke. The proven PWM interface enables quick control, while programmability provides room for different motion profiles. A 100:1 gear ratio delivers steady 16.1 mm/s (0.63 in/s) at 7.4 V and up to 60.56 N (13.61 lbf) of thrust, achieving repeatable positioning under load. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. This linear actuator blends dynamics, robust force transmission, and clear signaling into an efficient drive for precise linear motion.
