Description
The HiTEC HLS12 100380 is a compact linear actuator designed for demanding, controlled linear motion with high actuating force. Control is provided via a traditional PWM interface, which is compatible with common servo controllers and therefore enables straightforward integration into existing systems. In this way, the push and pull linear motion along the stroke axis can be adjusted precisely over the entire 100 mm stroke, from fully retracted to fully extended.
Inside, a robust brushed motor with metal core is combined with a gearbox featuring a gear ratio of 380 to 1 and 32-bit programmable digital electronics. The gear ratio provides exceptionally high actuating force while maintaining very finely resolved motion. Overall, this combination ensures smooth and precise linear actuation with high repeatability, sensitive positioning and a compact form factor, ideal for force-intensive adjustment tasks.
