Description
Precise motion meets straightforward connectivity: The HiTEC servo motor MD980TW with RS-485 combines high actuation force with clean, reliable feedback. As a programmable digital servo, it uses a contactless magnetic encoder for wear-free position data and consistent centering, while the coreless motor executes commands immediately. At 7.4 V, the actuator achieves 0.17 s per 60° and delivers 431 N·cm of torque, ensuring fast, well-controlled movements under load. The wide 4.0–8.4 V supply range supports flexible power concepts, and the titanium gear train transmits power efficiently for smooth, long-lasting operation. Via RS-485, the drive connects directly to common architectures. The result is a compact, dynamic, precise, and robust solution for demanding motion tasks.
