Description

Compact precision with RS-485: The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-30100 executes controlled, repeatable linear motion. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, reliably transmitting power across the 30 mm (1.18 in) stroke. Programmability enables application-specific sequences. With a 100:1 gear ratio at 7.4 V, the drive reaches 16.1 mm/s (0.63 in/s) and delivers up to 60.80 N (13.67 lbf) of thrust. The wide 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning and supports stable operation. Bringing clear RS-485 communication, solid force transmission, and a compact footprint together, this linear actuator enables precise, repeatable feeds.
