Description
With the HiTEC HLS12 30100, a compact linear actuator is available that enables controlled linear motion in confined spaces. It is driven via a PWM interface that is compatible with common servo controllers and simplifies integration into existing systems. The linear push and pull motion along the stroke axis can be controlled over the entire 30 mm stroke.
Inside, a brushed motor with metal core works in combination with a gearbox featuring a gear ratio of 100 to 1 and programmable digital electronics. This gear ratio provides a well-balanced relationship between actuating force and adjustment speed, while the programmability allows the drive characteristics to be adapted to the specific application requirements. The result is smooth and precise linear actuation with high repeatability in a particularly compact form factor.
