Description

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-10050 delivers fast, precise linear motion in a compact footprint and supports clear addressing via RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a durable metal gear train, transmitting power cleanly across the 100 mm (3.94 in) stroke. Programmability adds flexibility. With a 50:1 gear ratio at 7.4 V, it reaches 30.9 mm/s (1.22 in/s) and provides up to 30.40 N (6.83 lbf) of thrust, enabling finely metered, repeatable feeds even on tight cycles. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning and supports stable operation. This linear actuator combines high speed, precise positioning, and dependable RS-485 communication in a space-saving design.
