Description
The HiTEC HLS12 10050 is a very compact linear actuator designed for precise and dynamic linear motion. Control is provided via a PWM interface that is compatible with common servo controllers, enabling easy integration into existing systems. This allows the push and pull linear motion along the stroke axis to be controlled in a targeted manner over the entire 100 mm stroke, from fully retracted to fully extended.
Inside, a brushed motor with metal core operates in combination with a gearbox featuring a gear ratio of 50 to 1 and programmable digital electronics. The gear ratio supports fast adjustment movements while maintaining finely resolved positioning. This combination delivers smooth and precise linear motion with high repeatability in a particularly compact form factor.
