Description

Compact, powerful, and connected: the HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-100380 delivers tightly controlled linear motion with clear addressing over RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, transferring power smoothly across the 100 mm (3.94 in) stroke. Programmability adds flexibility without complicating control. With a 380:1 gear ratio it provides finely metered feeds at 4.1 mm/s (0.16 in/s) at 7.4 V, while up to 217.71 N (48.96 lbf) of thrust enables repeatable positioning under load. The wide 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning. Bringing repeatable accuracy, reliable communication, and solid force transmission together in a space-saving design, this actuator is built for precise, consistent motion.
