Description

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-100210 is a precise servo for linear motion in a compact footprint, providing clear, robust control over RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a durable metal gear train, delivering smooth power across the 100 mm (3.94 in) stroke. Programmability adds flexibility without complicating control. With a 210:1 gear ratio, it produces finely guided feeds at 7.5 mm/s (0.30 in/s) at 7.4 V, while delivering up to 121.60 N (27.34 lbf) of thrust for confident positioning under load. The wide 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning.
