Description

The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-RS485-100100 delivers precise linear motion in a compact footprint and provides clear, reliable control via RS-485. A brushed motor with a metal core drives a robust metal gear train, transmitting power smoothly across the 100 mm (3.94 in) stroke. Programmability adds flexibility without complicating control. With a 100:1 gear ratio, it provides even feeds at 16.1 mm/s (0.63 in/s) and up to 60.80 N (13.67 lbf) of thrust, enabling repeatable positioning for defined travel. The 4.0–8.4 V operating range simplifies power planning and supports consistent performance.
