Description
The HiTEC HLS12 100210 is a compact linear actuator designed for precise, controlled linear motion. Control is provided via a traditional PWM interface, which is compatible with common servo controllers and enables easy integration into existing systems. This allows the push and pull linear motion along the stroke axis to be positioned accurately over the entire 100 mm stroke, from fully retracted to fully extended.
Inside, a robust brushed motor with metal core works in combination with a gearbox featuring a gear ratio of 210 to 1 and 32-bit programmable digital electronics. The gear ratio provides high actuating force and finely resolved motion. Together, they enable smooth and precise linear movement with high repeatability, high-resolution positioning and a compact overall design.
