Description
The HiTEC SG33BL-T-24V servo motor drives demanding positioning tasks with high dynamics. The programmable digital servo uses a BLDC drive and a magnetic encoder to provide precise position feedback and high repeatability. Via PWM, TTL, or RS-485, the system integrates reliably into both new and existing control architectures thanks to its proven, field-tested interfaces, simplifying commissioning. The hardened steel gear train converts drive power into an actuating force of 1441 N/cm. An IP68 rating ensures long-term protection against dust and water, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments.
The supply voltage range of 18.00–32.00 V provides additional flexibility in 24 V systems. The DB-9 SUB connector enables robust, service-friendly wiring in control cabinets and on moving axes. HiTEC thus combines precise sensing, versatile communication, and durable mechanics in a servo motor that noticeably increases throughput and process stability – right from the very first cycle.
