Description
As a reliable actuator, the HiTEC SG33BL-T-12V combines efficient signal processing with an installation-friendly interface. The digital servo motor uses a BLDC drive and a magnetic encoder to provide precise position feedback and high repeatability. Via PWM, TTL or RS-485, the system integrates reliably into both new and existing control architectures thanks to its proven, field-tested interfaces, simplifying commissioning. The hardened steel gear train converts drive power into a powerful actuating force of 1441 N/cm, while a positioning time of 0.19 s/60° keeps cycle times short and processes dynamic. IP68 provides long-term protection against dust and water, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
The wide supply voltage range of 9.00–15.00 V increases flexibility in 12 V systems. The DB-9 SUB connector ensures robust, service-friendly wiring. In this way, HiTEC combines precise sensing, powerful communication and durable mechanics in a servo motor that reliably delivers high forces and fast positioning cycles, even in compact installation spaces.
