Description
The compact HiTEC D840WP servo motor delivers precise positioning movements reliably into your control system. As a programmable digital servo with PWM and TTL control, this actuator can be integrated into modern control architectures with minimal effort and precisely adapted to the desired behavior. A potentiometer provides position feedback and supports highly sensitive control with accurate centering, ensuring that repeatable movements are executed reliably.
Inside, a brushed motor works together with a robust steel gear train to provide instantly available torque and enable dynamic positioning motions. The steel gears transmit actuating torques of up to 294 N·cm (26.02 lbf·in) reliably and with minimal loss, giving the servo a direct response characteristic. The wide operating voltage range from 3.5 to 8.4 V offers flexibility in designing the on-board power system and simplifies integration into different electronic environments. With its IP67 rating, the housing is effectively protected against dust and temporary immersion, supporting use in humid or contamination-prone environments.
