Description
The HiTEC linear actuator HLS12-50210 delivers precise linear motion in a compact footprint. A brushed motor with a metal core works with a robust metal gear train to ensure reliable power transmission and smooth starts. Programmability adds flexibility and supports clean tuning to the required motion profile. With a 50 mm (1.97 in) stroke and a 210:1 gear ratio, it provides controlled feeds at 7.5 mm/s (0.30 in/s) while delivering up to 121.11 N (27.24 lbf) of thrust. The wide operating range of 4.0–8.4 V simplifies power supply design in both mobile and stationary systems. This linear actuator combines dynamics with repeatable accuracy and is well suited to space-constrained builds that demand clear signals and precise travel.
